Shafi Apparel is a clothing manufacturer based in Pakistan. For 10 years we have been exporting worldwide, with the USA as our main market.

We focus on three things and do them well: sportswear, streetwear and leatherwear. Every piece we make is custom, developed to your design from the first sketch to the finished garment, with your labels and your branding on it.

We work with new brands and established labels alike. With a minimum order of just pieces, a new brand can launch a first drop without a huge risk, and a growing brand can reorder without changing supplier.

    Send a sketch, reference photos, a mood board or a full tech pack on WhatsApp or email. Tell us the category, the quantity from 10 pieces, and the fabric or leather you have in mind.

  2. Design, tech pack and patterns

    No tech pack? We help you build one with measurements, construction details, and label and decoration placement. Then the pattern is drafted and graded across your size range.

  3. Materials and trims

    We source or match your fabric, leather, zippers, drawcords, labels and packaging, and you approve colours and swatches before anything is cut.

  4. Embroidery, print and wash development

    We prepare the embroidery files, print artwork and wash finish, and test them on your material so the look you approved is the look on the garment.

  5. Sample and fit approval

    Your sample is made in 1 week and shipped in days. Send your fit notes and we revise until it matches your vision.

  6. Bulk production

    Once you approve the sample we cut, sew, decorate and finish your order. Orders of 10 to 300 pieces take days. Larger orders are quoted and scheduled with you.

    Each batch is checked against your approved sample for measurements, stitching and finish, then packed with your labels, hang tags and packaging.

    Do you make custom products from scratch?
    Yes. Every product is custom. We develop it from your sketch, reference photos or tech pack, through patterns, sampling and production, to the finished garment.
    What is your minimum order?
    Just pieces per style.
    I don't have a tech pack. Can I still start?
    Yes. Send reference photos, a sketch, or the measurements of a piece you like. We help you build a spec that is ready for sampling.
    How long does sampling take?
    Sample production takes and sample shipping takes days. Sample fees depend on the piece and finish, and we quote them before we start.
    How long does bulk production and shipping take?
    Orders of 10 to 300 pieces take days to produce. We ship worldwide, not only to the USA — air freight takes days, and sea freight is also available.
    What if I need more than 300 pieces?
    Larger orders are quoted with you. We agree the price and timeline together before production starts.
    Which embroidery, printing and rhinestone work do you do?
    All kinds — embroidery, screen and puff print, rhinestone detailing, and garment washes. Tell us the look you want, or send a reference, and we match it on any category.
