Getting started
Do you make custom products from scratch?
Yes. Every product is custom. We develop it from your sketch, reference photos or tech pack, through patterns, sampling and production, to the finished garment.
What is your minimum order?
Just pieces per style.
I don't have a tech pack. Can I still start?
Yes. Send reference photos, a sketch, or the measurements of a piece you like. We help you build a spec that is ready for sampling.
Do you work with new clothing brands?
Yes. We work with new brands and established labels alike. With a minimum of pieces, a new brand can launch a first drop without a huge risk.
Can I design my product online first?
Yes. Use our free mockup generator to color every panel, add your logo and send the design to us.
Samples, production and timelines
How long does sampling take?
Sample production takes and sample shipping takes days. Sample fees depend on the piece and finish, and we quote them before we start.
How long does bulk production and shipping take?
Orders of 30 to 300 pieces take days to produce. We ship worldwide, not only to the USA — air freight takes days, and sea freight is also available.
What if I need more than 300 pieces?
Larger orders are quoted with you. We agree the price and timeline together before production starts.
Can I get a sample before ordering bulk?
Yes. Many brands start with one sample to check our quality on their own design. Sample production takes 1 week and ships in days.
How do you check quality?
Each batch is checked against your approved sample for measurements, stitching and finish before it is packed.
Customization
Which embroidery, printing and rhinestone work do you do?
All kinds — embroidery, screen and puff print, rhinestone detailing, and garment washes. Tell us the look you want, or send a reference, and we match it on any category.
Can you add my own labels, tags and packaging?
Yes. Your neck labels, care labels, hang tags and packaging are added during production.
Which products do you make?
Sportswear, streetwear, activewear and leatherwear: hoodies, tees, sweatpants, shorts, jackets, jerseys, tracksuits, leggings, leather jackets and more. Making something else? Just ask.
Payment and shipping
How can I pay?
Bank transfer, Remitly, MoneyGram or Western Union. Split payments are available: ask us how it works for your order.
Do you ship to the USA?
Yes, the USA is our main market and we ship worldwide. Air freight takes days and sea freight is available for larger orders.
Which couriers do you use?
FedEx, DHL and UPS, with tracking and shipping documents shared for every order.
